We are using "ATUM Inventory" plugin and recently we have added "WooCommerce Attribute Stock – Shared Stock & Variable Quantities" for managing the attribute wise stock. After installing the attribute stock plugin, the main stock from the product has been removed as per the flow required. The attribute plugin allows user to add stock each attribute for each product.

Now, we are facing stock mismatch when the stock has been added to attribute stock in ATUM. It shows 0 whereas stock is available in the attribute.

Unfortunately, we don't support third-party software apart of the plugins you can find here: https://stockmanagementlabs.crunch.help/en/atum-core/atum-compatibility

In fact, it is normal that you find several incongruences if they change the way the stock is stored and used for Variable products.

I see two options for you:

Decide whether to use ATUM or the new plugin you installed.
Hire a good developer to assist you making the new plugin compatible with ATUM.

How can we set up ATUM to retrieve stock data from the WooCommerce Attribute Stock plugin? Currently, it displays the stock for these products as "X." Namely, how can we process the XML data in WordPress and send this information back to ATUM?

Hi Brevity ,

As I told you in my last post that would need custom development. Our support scope doesn't include custom coding. I'm sorry.

It's what I included the second option:

Hire a good developer to assist you in making the new plugin compatible with ATUM

You can also try contacting the developers behind ATUM to assist you, but only externally through their development agency (BE REBEL).
