Purchase Orders - Critical Error when Print

Hey,
We run ATUM on our WordPress website and when we try to print one of the Purchase Orders Pro via the print icon however it comes up with 'There has been a critical error on this website.' with no other bug or idea as to what it may be!

We have other plugins on the website but can't seem to spot any obvious conflicts - has anyone else experienced this same issue?

Apologies for any inconvenience caused.

This message means that something went wrong on the server side.

Please check your server's PHP Error Log and let us know if anything related to ATUM is saved when printing the PO.

You can read how to activate the PHP error log here if you don't know how to do so.

Hey Jose,

Thanks for getting back to me! I originally followed those steps but unfortunately nothing is being outputted into either the error_log or the /wp-content/debug.log (or showing any form on the actual error; https://gyazo.com/04a87d5b39c94d59eb04fef2a78a8e50)

Could it be something else?

As I said in my first post, that message means something went wrong on the server side.

If activating the PHP error log doesn't work (please note that you must try to print the PO after the activation to get the error saved), your hosting provider is probably preventing you from activating it. They must be keeping the logs on their own. Please ask them about how to check the logs.

Just to add to the above I have just tried to disable every single plugin except for ATUM and WooCommerce and it still critical errors.

This error is due to an incompatibility with third-party software.

We (and many other plugins) use the mPDF library to generate PDF files, which we updated to version 8.2.0 in a previous ATUM release. This library, in turn, depends on the PSR HTTP Message library. Many other libraries also depend on it, and they may be using outdated versions of this library, which causes the incompatibility.

To find which plugin is causing the incompatibility, you should gradually disable your plugins and try to send the PO again until the issue disappears.
