Some items don't disappear

Hello!

I hope you’re doing well today.

I’m experiencing an issue with two products that never seem to disappear. I’ve set them as private and also as drafts, but they remain visible in my controlled items. When I try to stop managing them, they move to the unmanaged products section instead.

I would like to completely remove these items, as we won’t be selling them in our store.

What can I do to remove them from Atum?

Apologies for any inconvenience caused.

Private products will be shown in Stock Central
Draft products won't be shown in Stock Central. We've just checked that on our dev servers. If they still appear, please try executing the 'Remove ATUM transients' tool in ATUM Settings -> Tools, and flushing any cache you use.
You can also deactivate the ATUM Control Switch from the ATUM inventory section on the edit product page. They will be shown in the Uncontrolled Stock Central section.
