Widgets show wrong info

HI,

I have an issue where the widgets of sales and lost sales are constinantly showing zero value. Also the orders have the wrong info. I have tried to deactivate all plugins except Atum and Woocommerce and standard theme but the issue remains the same.

Are you using any ATUM addon in addition to ATUM free?
Does the wrong info disappear if you diable ATUM?

Hello Japiera,

Not sure if I understand your question correctly. The incorrect info disappears if I disable Atum since it is on the dashboard of ATUM. I am talking about the widgets Sales which you can change in today/this month, Orders today, this month and previous month. That is completely incorrect . I have tried updating etc but I have the feeling that there is something not communicating correctly with Woocommerce.

Hi Sammies ,

Sorry for the misunderstanding. You didn't mention the dashboard in your first message, so I didn't think about the Dashboard widgets.

Please, try executing the "Update products' calculated properties" and "Remove ATUM transients" tools from ATUM Settings -> Tools. Does that fix the quantities in widgets?

If it doesn't, please check your server's PHP error log and tell us if anything is saved when you enter the ATUM Dashboard.

You can read here how to activate the PHP error log if you don't know how to do so.

You also wrote in your first message: "Also the orders have the wrong info". What do you mean? An example would help.

HI Japiera

I meant the widget with the total orders today; this month; previous month. It is show the correct amount for today and this month which is one day old only. But for instance previous month is not correct.

I have tried the tips you gave but I am not sure this is helping. The graph remains completely flat on zero as well. Something is not working well. The error log doesn't have anything of ATUM either at the moment. I will keep an eye on it
