How to get started?

Hello,

I have installed and activated the ATUM plugin but I am not getting stock central in my menu.

I have confirmed compatibility with my PHP and Wordpress version.

I'm sure I'm missing something really simple but I can't figure out what.

What do you mean? Don't you have the ATUM Inventory element in your backend menu?

It should have appeared after activating ATUM.

Yes that's right.

the plug in is installed and activated, I see a tab in the individual product pages in the backend but there is no ATUM inventory element in the main menu on the backend of the website.

I see.

Maybe one of the installed plugins is replacing ATUM in your menu (this isn't the first time this has happened).

I'd recommend you deactivate the plugins one by one until you find which replaces ATUM.

If that is the case and i go through switching each of the plug ins off and it does then appear in the menu, does this mean ATUM is not compatible with that plugin and both cannot be active on the website?

Hi Hayley ,

No, it means they use the same priority in the menu list, and one replaces the other.

However, you should still see the ATUM menu at the top if it is activated (ATUM Settings .> Enable Admin Bar Menu). Do you see it?

If so, you can access all the ATUM options from there. Changing the menu order would require some coding skills (and us to add a filter hook). Please, let us know if you are interested.
