Subject: Inquiry About Multi-Inventory Management and Stock Adjustments with ATUM Plugins

Dear ATUM Support Team,

I hope this message finds you well.

I am considering purchasing some of your paid plugins for inventory management and have a few specific questions to ensure they will meet my needs.

Multi-Inventory Management:

I need to manage stock across multiple locations (e.g., NJ Inventory). Can your plugins handle purchase orders and confirm receipt of stock to specific inventory locations?
When I confirm a purchase order as received, can I allocate the received stock to a particular inventory location?
Stock Adjustments:

When an item is sold, does your system automatically decrease the stock from the specific inventory location where it was originally stored?
Similarly, when stock is received through a purchase order, does it increase the stock at the designated inventory location?
Managing Multiple Inventories:

How does your system support managing stock for multiple inventories? Can I view and adjust stock levels for each inventory location individually?
Are there features available for setting reorder points, generating reports, and receiving alerts for each inventory location?
I would appreciate your detailed response on these points to help me determine if your plugins will suit my inventory management needs.

Thanks for your interest in our add-ons.

First, you added the label 'Product Levels' to the thread but didn't mention the add-on in your text. So I understand you only ask for Multi Inventory. Please, tell me if I'm wrong.

Regarding your questions:

ATUM Free Purchase Orders and ATUM Purchase Orders Pro support Multi-Inventory management. You can specify in which inventories you want to add the stock of the received products. Please read these articles for PO in ATUM Free, and this one for ATUM PO Pro.
The stock will be deducted from specific inventories if you activate the Regions Restriction mode and it's configured correctly. You can read here about Region Restrictions.
You can adjust and manage a product's inventories from several places, as from the edit product page or Stock Central.
You can set the out-of-stock and low-stock thresholds per inventory, so you'll receive emails when thresholds are reached if you activated so in WooCommerce -> Settings ->Inventory
We also have a "Restock Status" view in Stock Central that will help you determine when to create POs for your products. You can create POs for all your products in Restock Status with ATUM PO Pro.
You can use ATUM Export Pro to export your Multi-Inventories data and exploit the info as you need using SpreadSheet software, or any other tool you may have.

Thank you for your reply. I would like to know if there is an add-on that automatically adds the quantity of Product X (e.g., 5 units) to the Center Stock when a purchase order is marked as completed.

You're welcome. Did you read the documentation in our Knowledge Base as I suggested?

The information can be found in it:

Completing a Purchase Order in ATUM Free will increase the stock.
Adding a Delivery (complete or partial) to a PO in ATUM Purchase Orders Pro will increase the stock.

Forget my previous question; I have resolved that issue.

I have some additional questions:

Stock Center Display:

On the Stock Center, I want to display only items that are currently in stock or out of stock but have the "Manage Stock" option enabled. How can I configure this?

Managing Product Availability:

For products that either do not have stock management enabled or are out of stock, I want customers to still be able to purchase them. This is important because some products are not available in stock but are dropshipped directly from the vendor.
How can I configure this?

Using Stock Takes and Pick & Pack Addons:

We have three stores across different states in the USA, with stock in our offices as well as dropshipping from vendors. How can the Stock Takedown and Pick & Pack addons help us manage our inventory effectively?

Stock Center Display: You can't. There's no filter for that. I'm sorry. It would need custom development.

Managing Product Availability: ATUM works over WooCommerce, and the stock management depends on it. You can read about it here (you probably are asking about the allow backorders option).

Using Stock Takes and Pick & Pack Addons: As I commented in my previous posts, you have all our documentation in our Knowledge Base, please read the articles related to both plugins. They will teach you how they work and we'll be glad to help you with any more specific questions you have.

BOM stock control: This option from ATUM Product Levels changes the stock available for the final sellable products. It calculates the products' stocks based on the number of BOMs available. You can read more in this article.
