We’ve encountered an issue with stock quantity adjustments when handling inbound stock linked to product levels. Here’s an example to illustrate our concern:
Product A is a Simple Product.
Product B is a Product Part.
Product A’s bill of materials is linked to 12 units of Product B.
When we created a purchase order for 1 unit of Product A and received the stock, the system should have adjusted the inventory by adding 1 unit to Product A and 12 units to Product B. However, there were no adjustments made to the stock quantities for either product.
Could you please look into this issue and advise on how we can resolve it?
