May i know how rest api work for update/ delete Inventory Log Line Items ?

You can check all the ATUM API documentation regarding ATUM Inventory Logs here: https://stockmanagementlabs.github.io/atum-rest-api-docs/#inventory-logs

Please note that the Inventory Logs are a custom type of WooCommerce Orders, so modifying/deleting line items is similar to modifying/deleting WC Order Items. You only have to change the endpoint used.

i try to put the quantiry in Zero (0) then rest api will delete the line_item

Anyway, we'll check why it isn't deleting the line item only by setting the product_id to NULL.
