need help with a refund

Hi! I tried requesting a refund for a renewal charge of ATUM Multi-inventory which I thought we had canceled last year. We were charged $91.80 on 8/1/24. When I tried to submit a ticket it required a key which I don't have. Then I tried to reply to a previous ticket but it said I no longer have a support license so I am not allowed to reply. Can someone help me get in touch with a person who could address my request for a refund? Thank you kindly!

You were asked for your plugin's license. You can check it in your Stock Management Labs account.

With it, you can open a ticket in Ticksy.

Thank you for the reply and sorry that my request wasn't clear. I don't have a plugin license key. We canceled the plugin shortly after purchasing since it did not provide what we needed.

I'm trying to add a screenshot to verify when I hover over my icon in the upper right that it does not show a key. It will not allow me add a screenshot. The list of options are:
Add-ons licenses
Edit profile
Change profile avatar
Invoices generator
EOQ calculator

Please, I'm looking for a way to contact the billing department for a refund without having a license key to do so.

My apologies. I did find a license deeper down in profile info and was able to submit a ticket.
