Stock qty does not match actual counts

Hi, we have ATUM plugin installed on our e-commerce store. We are facing issue of inconsistent stock qty.
Specifically the issue we are facing is that the stock on hold and qty sold today shows double the amount of meals a user has ordered.
It reduces the right amount of qty from the current stock but stock on hold and sold today shows incorrect stock qty. This is effecting the overall available stock qty in the panel.

Example: If the user orders 3 qty of product A, in ATUM, it reduces the current stock by 3 but in stock on hold and sold today, it shows 6 which is incorrect.

Is there a solution for this?

Apologies for any inconvenience caused.

What you say is weird. Which type of products have doubled the on-hold quantity in Stock Central? All or a specific one?
Are you using any additional ATUM plugins?

We've been testing Stock Central and the on-hold calculated quantities and they are being calculated correctly.

Please remember that the stock on hold includes stock quantities in orders with the 'on hold' and 'processing' statuses. Are you taking this into account?

We have the physical products that we sell through our website: chefyt.com. We sell Meals from different Chefs.
Yes, we are considering the order statute, however, the issue is with the incorrect qty being added in stock on hold e.g. if the order is placed for 2 qty of a meal, it puts 3 or 4 in the stock on hold which is incorrect.

We have found another big issue in the current stock qty as well. Even though we have disabled the 'Change stock on 'completed' status' from the settings (refer to the screenshot attached), it still deducts the current stock qty when the order is marked completed. So, the current stock qty is decreased twice for an order. One when the order is received and is in the processing stage and then again when the order is marked as completed.

Hi Sheraz ,

Your last issue doesn't seem to be related to ATUM. ATUM doesn't interfere with the standard WooCoomerce behaviour if you disable the 'Change stock on 'completed' status' option.
