Migrate site to different builder ATUM issue

Hello everyone,

We’re working on optimizing a client's WooCommerce site currently built with Oxygen Builder and burdened by many unnecessary plugins. Our goal is to migrate to Breakdance Builder and significantly reduce the site’s bloat, minimizing downtime for our customer.

Usually, we would rebuild the site from scratch and export/import the WooCommerce data, but we’ve encountered issues with migrating ATUM data in the past. Therefore, our plan is to create the new frontend on a clone, use a migration plugin to run both builders concurrently, transfer the new layouts, deactivate surplus plugins, and then switch builders.

I have a clone of the site that’s a week old, updated with new technologies and stripped of unnecessary bloat. Is there a way to sync the missing week's worth of WooCommerce/ATUM data without going through a detailed migration/dissection process?

Additionally, does ATUM offer any services that could assist with this process?

Any advice would be greatly appreciated. Thank you in advance!

Thanks for your post.

The best way to synchronize data to the dev site would be by replacing the ATUM tables (all begin with 'wp_atum') in the dev site with the updated ones from the production site. That should work.

But please note that you'd have to keep in mind some points:

ATUM settings won't be copied as they are stored in the wp_options table.
All the WC-related data (WC's product data, WC Orders, ...) won't be copied either (ATUM data in Products would be copied because it's stored in our tables).

Please note that you must replace 'wp_' with your database's prefix.

I took your advice and between me and GPT I managed to put together a script to successfully backup those tables and move them to the new dev site.
