I have added the ATUM plugin, and for testing, I changed the inventory for 2 to 3 products, but it's not showing any logs.

I think you misunderstood what the Inventory Logs are for. Please read this article in our Knowledge Base.
If you want to track all the stock movements automatically, you'd need ATUM Action Logs. You can read here more about how it works.
