Error msg from Atum Export PRO

This plugin is active but may not function correctly because required plugins are missing or inactive. -I get this even though the plugin required are installed, how do i solve it?

Apologies for any inconvenience caused.

It seems that something is wrong with your images. The first one shows ATUM Export Pro with the required plugin message and the second one shows ATUM Export Pro and ATUM without any messages.

Can you please tell me why?
Also, is WooCommerce active on your site?
