Pick list doesn't populate

Using the trial version of the Pick & Pack. When I try to Add New within the Pick & Pack the popup continually shows the spinning loading icon and never returns a list of orders. I have orders that are in Hold and orders that are in processing statuses. This is a test site so there are only 20 test orders, it doesn't have thousands of orders to index. I can create a Pick list from within an order.

Apologies for any inconvenience caused.

Would you be so kind as to check if anything is added to your PHP error log file when the popup gets stuck?

Please read this if you don't know how to activate it. You'd need to try to add a new item if it wasn't active.
