Order suggestion

We are considering using Atum with Purchaes Orders Pro for our new WooCommerce store.
However, I could not find anything on the following points in the documentation
Point 1:
Can the software make order suggestions based on sales figures?
For example:
Using the sales figures for the last three months and the current stock of products from supplier XY, calculate the number we now need to order from the supplier if the stock is to be sufficient for three months.

And point 2
On the basis of this I create the order with the supplier, as soon as the goods have arrived I can delete the products not received from the list and stock the rest automatically

Thanks for your post.

Point 1:

You can add products in restock status (based on sales) to POs. You can read here how we calculate it. ATUM will suggest a qty once the order items are created using the ROQ column. You can read about it here.

FYI, we have adding a MOQ and ROQ per product functionalities in our TODO list, but I can't give you an ETA.

Point 2:

When the goods have arrived, you need to create a Delivery with only the received items and stock them. You can delete or leave items without a delivery at your convenience.

Unfortunately, it's not really what I was looking for.

I'll just give you some input on what I would like to see and what I know from my old store system. I don't think it would be technically difficult to implement... Maybe I'm also wrong. :-)

I define period X from which the sales of the respective article or variant are taken. For example 60 days.
I define the period Y for which I want to order goods. For example 90 days.

Product ABC was sold 4 times in the last 60 days. So ATUM now automatically adds 6 pieces to the PO.
I can then adjust this quantity if I want to.

I am aware that this cannot be implemented overnight. But I think it should be technically possible with the existing data?

I'm looking for something comparable until the function comes along. :-)

Unfortunately, we do not plan to add those features in the near or medium term.

You can add a thread in this Forum's Suggest a Feature section. If enough people are interested, we'll consider adding the feature in future versions.

Also, you can achieve these functionalities with custom coding. We are open to adding any hook you may need if we consider it necessary.
