Trying to export the default template for Products + Atum and it keeps spinning and instead of opening the prompt to download it stops spinning and clears off my screen like I never clicked download. CPU is spiking to 99.3% usage when I try to download.
I sent a ticket but the message said theyre off work on weekends and if I can get an assist id appreciate it lol.

FYI, we're the same team supporting users here and in Ticksy. It makes no sense (and makes our work harder) to create duplicated tickets.
