I want to start using inventory logs, to update our stock and keep track of various stock movements which are not order-related. Is there a way to create a pdf of such a log, similar to 'PO action' for purchase orders?

Unfortunately, there isn't a way to create an Inventory Log's PDF. That would require custom development.
