Out of Stock Items (not appearing)

I currently have the ATUM plugin installed. For some reason, I have two items that are out of stock. However, in the "Stock Central," even when the stock appears as "0," they are still categorized as "In Stock."

Similarly, in the Dashboard, when I access the "Stock Control" widget, the same issue occurs. No items appear to be out of stock, despite having two items with no stock left.

Please help! 😃

Apologies for any inconvenience caused.

How did these products get the stock level to "0"? Is there a third-party plugin updating stocks somehow?

Did you try to execute the "Update products' calculated properties" tool in ATUM settings -> Tools? Does this fix your issue? You can also try executing the "Remove ATUM transients" TOOL.

I just updated products and the issue was resolved! 😀 Thank you so much for that!

Actually, I updated the product stock level inside the product editing page. I just changed the quantity to 0 there directly.

You're welcome.

We're glad to know that the tool worked for you.

However, it's weird. Changing stock levels from the edit product page should refresh data shown in Stock Central and the ATUM Dashboard.

That may caused by cache plugins or server-side cache. Please flush all caches before executing the tool again and tell us if that also fixes the problem.

Also, are you using a product editor distinct from the standard one?
