Hi there, I have an issue here. When users are placing an order directly through the website the stock is reduced immediately as supposed to.
But when I'm placing an order as and admin, or if I'm manually adding items to the existing order - the stock values are not changing.
Please help me to make it work for us. Thank you
I'm using a number of custom statuses in WooCommerce, and I understand that if I will stick to the default statuses, like "Pending Payment", "Processing" and "Completed" -that would work for the ATUM to update the stock levels accordingly. However, if there is a way to make it work with the custom statuses that would be great. Especially considering that when the order is placed by the customer directly from the website - that would decrease the stock immediately, even though there is the same custom order status that is used in both cases.
I hope for your understanding.
10 in stock

10 in stock from customer's point of view:

5 units stock reduced by customer's direct order

5 stock reduced by customer's direct order -> order notes view

5 more units manually(!) added to the same order

5 more units manually added stock not reduced (order notes)

5 more units manually added stock not reduced (ATUM view)

all the previous examples were with the order which had status "Order Enquiry", and wasn't changing the stock levels unless initially ordered by a customer from the website directly.
Now the following example showing that ATUM would reduce the stock for the manually created order, however, only when the order status is "Processing" or "Completed", and we normally don't use these before we deliver. It's B2B
10 stock manually created order only reduced when Status is Processing or Completed.

Many thanks for your help.
