Is there a way to get the ATUM product location into the orders email?

Yes. You can do it by overriding the WooCommerce email templates and some custom development.

Please note that we don't provide custom development support so if you don't are comfortable with custom development, I kindly suggest you hire a good developer (or contact the agency behind ATUM's development through Codeable) to assist you.
