Hi,
We're looking at inventory plugins - here's what we want to do:

1) We want to create purchase orders from Woocommerce, where the purchase orders automatically add the inventory to the stock levels of the relevant SKUs.

2) Set things up so that purchase orders are automatically created when stock dips below our minimum. The quantity would be to get the stock up to our maximum. (Hopefully min/max values could be set through Atum).

3) Finally, this is more of a nice to have than a need to have - but to be able to upload spreadsheets into a purchase order and have it populate.

Are these things Atum can do - or are there other plugins that could? Thank you!

The ATUM free plugin includes a Purchase Orders module, and if you need additional features, you can try the Purchase Orders Pro addon.

2) Set things up so that purchase orders are automatically created when stock dips below our minimum. The quantity would be to get the stock up to our maximum. (Hopefully min/max values could be set through Atum).

You can automatically create Purchase Orders from low-stock, out-of-stock or restock-status products from Stock Central with Purchase Orders Pro. Please read this for more info. We're also planning an additional addon to set MOQ quantities per product when creating Purchase Orders (I don't know if that would work for you).

3) Finally, this is more of a nice to have than a need to have - but to be able to upload spreadsheets into a purchase order and have it populate.

You can use the ATUM Export Pro addon to import Purchase Orders using CSV files. It only works with the Purchase Orders module in ATUM Free, but we also plan to add exporting/importing support for Purchase Orders Pro. You can also export/import orders using the ATUM API.

I didn't see a way to do automatic POs - just manual? Also, can min/max quantities be used with Atum - such that it when it hit min it would automatically create a PO to go to max, like I said?

MOQ we might be able to make work - as long as that was something that didn't interfere with manually making a PO. (IE, when trying to make a PO for a product with a MOQ, the MOQ doesn't create a problem with the number requested manually.)

Also, we only have one supplier - would it be possible to create a PO such that everything except the items is filled in?

No, that would need custom development.

Which items? In any case, you can create the PO and remove the unwanted items, or select only the products you want to add to the PO.

Is there a way to set up email notifications for a supplier?

Yes with ATUM Purchase Orders Pro. Here you can access the documentation to check any additional questions you have.

How can one tie out purchase orders to sales orders in Woocommerce?

You can create POs from WooCommerce Order with Purchase Orders Pro.
