Multi inventory stock reduction method?

I see that we can create several stock locations with multi-inventory, but how is that stock reduced? based on what criteria? does the frontend show the several stock locations?

in our use case, we need multi inventory for multiple pickup locations.

Also we have multiple warehouses that belong to different shipping methods, so we need each stock to be reduced based on shipping method.

is this possible to configure?

Thanks for your post.

The stock is reduced depending on the plugin or(/and) the products' settings. The Inventory Iteration, the Selling Priority, whether you activated the Region Restriction Mode, or the Selectable Inventories.

Please access our Knowledge Base to check all the available options.

Unfortunately, Region restrictions are based on locations (shipping zones), not on shipping methods, so it'd need some custom development on your part to meet your needs.
