Dear Support Forum Members,
We are looking to install a manufacturing program for our WooCommerce store and Atum with its add-on 'product level' and 'purchase pro' looks like a great solution.
However, we don't understand from your description how & when the manufacturing step takes place.
Here is an example:
- To make a 'perfume candle' we need a few components (to keep it simple): a candle glass, wax, a wick and perfume oil
- Atum seems to be able to create, track & manage the stock levels for these components.
- during the manufacturing process of a perfume candle, the stock level of all components reduces and the stock level of the finished candles increases. Manufacturing is a process or step of transformation.
- a finished product is different from a bundle or group which is assembled on the shop floor, i.e. without transformation.
Can you please explain how Atum 'product level' handles the manufacturing process or the transformative step where components & raw-materials become a finished product. I would expect this to happen in 'manufacturing central' but looking at the documentation, the manufacturing step seems to be missing.
Many thanks for your help with this 😄
