ATUM not in WP Dashboard

We have the free version installed on a multisite network and enabled on a single site for testing. If I'm logged into the site as anything other than the "super admin", the ATUM plugin does not appear in the Wordpress dashboard. Is this a limitation of the free version or does it not work with Wordpress Multisite configuration?

We tried adding a completely new role "Inventory Manager" with this plugin. This did not work.
We tried adding the code to the function.php file. This did not work.

ATUM is still not accessible with shop manager or admin roles. The WordPress Multisite network "Super Admin is the only role that the plugin will appear. PLEASE HELP...

Sorry for the late response.

We haven't been able to test your issue in a multisite installation until now.

We've just followed the steps described in the knowledge base article you liked in your last post. It worked for us. After assigning all the atum permissions to two users (one with the site administrator and the other with the shop manager roles), both could see ATUM in the menu and access all its pages. In case it had anything to do with where we assigned permissions, It was done from the single site's dashboard.

Would you be so kind as to recheck the permissions?
