Archived POs are now all gone!

Hi ATUM Support Team,

We archived a bunch of our POs, and now it shows that we have (0)
Is there a self-delete after a certain amount of time? How do I retrieve these POs, and if they are deleted or are removed, does that remove inventory from my system? How could this happen? How do I prevent this?

Hi Yunkin ,

Apologies for any inconvenience caused.

PO Pro uses the default 'trash' post-status to store the Archived PO orders. We never delete them (indeed, there's no action to do so in the PO Pro pages).

Did you execute a cleaning tool or something similar to clean your posts? Maybe that could affect the archived POs...

The inventory levels won't be changed when a PO is deleted, so you shouldn't worry about that.

Suppose my POs are deleted in my archived permanently. Will that affect my inventory at all, or have all those POs that are completed with inventory have already been added, and deleting a completed PO does not affect stock?

As I said in my last message, that wouldn't affect the stock quantities.
