Hi, I have the same issue as described here. Can't print a PDF or email. Here's the error when I generate the PDF:

Apologies for any inconvenience caused.

This error is due to an incompatibility with third-party software.

We (and many other plugins) use the mPDF library to generate PDF files, which we updated to version 8.2.0 in a previous ATUM release. This library, in turn, depends on the PSR HTTP Message library. Many other libraries also depend on it, and they may be using outdated versions of this library, which causes the incompatibility.

To find which plugin is causing the incompatibility, you should gradually disable your plugins and try to send the PO again until the issue disappears.

Hi, I use only one other plugin that has anything to do with PDF and that is a very common WooCommerce addon:

Did you test your plugin with this one?
Please don't tell me I have to choose between using ATUM "or" PDF Invoices & Packing Slips. These should be able to work hand in hand.

Those weren't my words. The PSR HTTP message library is used for many plugins, and most of them don't have anything to do with PDF generation.

Did you try what I suggested?

I found that it is connected with WP-Lister Lite for Amazon. The plugin is up to date version 2.6.9.

Then, perhaps you should ask their authors to update the library. That's something that often happens when using third-party libraries.

I have the same issue, The Purchase orders will print fine in a normal Purchase order. When the "Purchase order pro" Add-on is activate, the print function causes a "Critical Error"

When I deactivate "WP-Lister Pro for Amazon" the issue stops. This issue started after an update of the ATUM plugin.

Who should fix this, ATUM or WPLAB?

I am sorry to hear that, but we don't support ATUM.

We used to support the ATUM plugin but unfortunately, we commented out the code that adds support for these ATUM plugins (for both WP-Lister plugins) because we've gotten reports of fatal errors and ATUM just flat out refuses to work with their users when they mention that they're using WP-Lister and even goes as far as offering refunds to one of their customers.

We are not supporting ATUM because they refuse to work with us when we need to offer support and fixes to work with ATUM.

We tried to do everything we could, and ATUM support would not help.

You are welcome to send over the error to us so we can have a look, but if it is due to an issue on ATUM's side, you will have to reach out to them and see what they say.

As they say, WP-Lister isn't compatible with some ATUM addons (ATUM Product Levels and ATUM MultiInventory). Our team can't assume the effort of being compatible with the thousands of existing plugins. I hope you understand.

However, the above error has nothing to do with compatibility issues with WP-Lister. It's only a development dependency that needs to be updated on their side (the PSR HTTP Message library).

There shouldn't be problems keeping ATUM Purchase Orders Pro and WP-Lister working together if WPLab updates the library.
