As soon as I pasted the key in, hit activate trial, i was immediately met with a FATAL error. I believe it may be because my /wp-admin/ login has been changed to a custom link? Whenever I try to log in to my backend via the custom link, I am redirected to the /wp-admin/ page that displays the FATAL ERROR

I did a restore via server host but would like to use the add-ons.

Please do not add duplicate tickets. You also created a private ticket on Ticksy. We're the same team answering on both sites, and that doesn't help us to give a good service.

I've already answered you in Ticksy. Let's keep the conversations there.

Anyway, we don't recommend installing a trial version on production sites. It is a better idea to install it on a staging site and check if it meets your needs.
