Tax setting Sales No Tax Purchases inc Tax

I purchased from a supplier that charges tax, I sell this item without tax.
It would be good if you could set a different purchase tax then sales tax at the moment it seems to take the tax status from the sales and uses it in the purchase, or maybe there's a way that that this can already be achieved?
My supplier advertises products with no tax but the real price includes tax. So the purchase order would have a column for purchase price and then optionally another column defining the percent tax then a final column which takes into account quantity and tax. Regards Ted

What you need can be achieved with ATUM Purchase Orders Pro.

With it, you can set a distinct tax rate per supplier and choose whether to use it or an alternative one when creating a PO. Please read this for more info.
