how I can achieve this? Giving my clients an inventory page where they can manage ther own inventory in the same time it is synced with me so we can replenish whenever they are close to deplete thier stock, using multi inventory or any other feature

Unfortunately, that is something that can be done using ATUM Multi-Inventory. You would need code customization to get what you need.
