I am struggling to create accurate purchase orders that I can use to order from my suppliers. The problem I am facing is that I sell a product as a single unit, but when I order from suppliers they come in lets say packs of 100. Now when I do PO I have to order 100 x my single product, which confuses my supplier as they have it listed as 1 box (100). The problem is they send me 100 boxes instead of just 1 Box(100). I I only order 1 of my products then when stock arrives it only ads 1 x product and not 100. I hope I explained this right.

You can achieve what you want with ATUM Product Levels.

As you don't sell 100x boxes, you can set boxes as the BOM material, and link to the 1x product with a x0.01 multiplier.

With this configuration, when you create a PO with the BOM material and receive it, its stock will be increased by 1, but the product's stock will be increased by 100.
