I am currently using the ATUM plugin for inventory management on my WordPress site and am thoroughly pleased with its features so far. However, I am facing a challenge that I'm hoping to get some guidance on.
Our business often makes sales through channels that don't go through the website checkout—such as local pickups from our warehouse, orders via marketplace platforms, or same-day delivery through phone orders. In these cases, an order is not automatically created in our WordPress system, leading to inaccuracies in our sales statistics and inventory count.
Could anyone guide me on how to manually add such orders to ensure accurate record-keeping? This is critical for us as we rely on the plugin for inventory management and sales analysis.
Any advice or best practices on how to achieve this would be greatly appreciated.
