Thank you very much for your email. Even though it is not a happy one, but full of anger and disappointment, at least I know you care.
My team and I, we do too. It was and is a bumpy ride on the mobile app, and it keeps me up at night almost every week. You want results, and I understand that your business is the most important. Trust me; I am more impatient to complete it as I have spent over 200k on the app development already. It is a massive project, and the POS is just a tiny part completed over a year ago.
Unfortunately, by the bumpy ride, I meant problems with our mobile developers leaving for larger companies, changes in logic and tons of other delays that caused the app to be closed to the public.
The app development is being handed over to a brand new team, so our guys can fully concentrate on the WP part of the plugin.
I know you do not want to hear this, but we set the app launch date for November at the last meeting with the new team. It is the earliest, most realistic launch date.
Regarding updates to your premiums, we sometimes do a lot of work that only sometimes means updating the plugin every week. We certainly do not do it to make subscribers think we work.
We did a lot of work on the WP add-ons. There are many new features and changes, but they will all come to play at the same time. At this very moment, I test them myself in my own manufacturing company.
Once again, I can only apologise for the delays in development. However, I need to take my time to release it.
