It just goes though the motions of saying installing after entering license key and does nothing!

Would you be so kind as to check the browser's console while it says "installing" and tell us if you can see any errors there?

Also, check the PHP error log and paste if any errors were logged while trying to install.

If you don't know how to activate the error log, please read this.

If you don't feel comfortable sharing your server info here, please open a private ticket.

All those errors seem related to some Chrome extension you have installed. But I'm not sure this can be related to your ATUM issue.

If there is nothing on your browser console that can give us some hints of what is causing that. It can be helpful to take a look at your PHP error log.
Please, open a private ticket and attach your log file there.
