Unable to connect

From time to time I have a problem with sync... when I try to sync data shows me communicate "Unable to connect. Sorry, you cannot list resources."
Any reason why?
What I need to do it's delete the shop and add again... after that I lose any editions

Yes, all API is still active and available. We use your app on 2 devices and the problem coming just on this one. It's third time when problem comes up on it

We haven't been capable of reproducing your issue on our side. It's almost impossible to figure out where the problem is without reproducing it.

Anyway, we've been fixing a large number of bugs since the last app's release. We hope some of the changes will fix your problem.

We're working hard to release it ASAP.
