Have Purchase EXPORT Por 3-year subscription at December 2020 which expired December 2023, why it expired now on Apir 2023?

I'm sorry but there not exists any subscription for 3 years. What we have is 1, 3, and 5 licenses subscription for 1 quarter or 1 year.
So, perhaps you purchased the 3 licenses subscription for 1 year that allows using the add-on on 3 separate sites.
