Multi Inventory SKU Search Issue

I am unable to see multiple inventories when searching and item by SKU it will only appear the total stock quantity but it wont let you see variations.

I'm not sure I understand what you mean. I've just tried to find an SKU added to a multi-inventory of a variation product and it worked for me:

But, please note that if you want to correctly find a product or inventory by SKU, you should select the "SKU" field from the "Search In" dropdown.
