Stock does not update in after deactivate Plugin / Empty Cart on Checkout

Hi team first of all i want to tell you im a big fan of your product.

I have some issues with cache plugin wp-rocket. So i decided to deactivate atum inventory for trouble shooting. After 10 days of inactiv atum inventory stock i wanted to enable it again. The stock does update but the stock status "out of stock" not. i also tried to run sheduled actions in update_expiring_product_props but there is still the wrong stock status. What can i do here?

Also when atum is activated caching my webshop gives me "Empty cart on Checkout" when i deactivate your plugin the issue is no more here. Maybe you can help mi also with that.

Hi Basler

If you are having problems with WP Rocket or any other caching plugin, you should ask the caching plugin developers about it.
But, as far as I know, WP Rocket only caches pages from the front end and not from wp-admin...
If you are using another caching system acting over wp-admin, I'd suggest you try to add exclusions to it to avoid this (if possible).

I did deactivate the caching plugin. The Issue is still here like i did send you an the screenshot. I also did clear cache. Also i have the Cache Plugin since more than 6 Months now. The Issue did start when i deactivated your plugin for some weeks. Before all worked good.

What can i do to solve this?

Hi Basler

In order to discard any possible incompatibility with any 3rd party plugin, might you try to disable all your plugins except WooCommerce and ATUM and try that way, please?
