Does anyone have any good experience with a WooCommerce POS plugin and Atum?

Yes, in the process of developing a webshop for a customer and he wants to sell his products in shop. The plugins that i tested just changed the stock in WooCommerce not in ATUM.

It may we’ll be working with the free ATUM, however, I do not think the premium features do.

I use another plugin called Woocommerce Point of Sale by ActualityExtensions... Found on codecanyon.
been using it for over a year now combined with ATUM.

Just to confirm Woocommerce Point of Sale by ActualityExtensions is compatible with ATUM? Purchases on the POS will be reflected in the ATUM and WooCommerce stock management?

Feature Suggestion:

A POS system synched with ATUM that allows for inline edits to product attributes. e.g. weight. Businesses that sell products whose price is determined by weight (food) need to be able to add the weight of the product at checkout and have that weight pulled from inventory.

ATUM works and is compatible with 2 Woocommerce POS plugins that I use. 1 is by actuality extensions 100usd and 2 OpenPOS 60usd. Both don't need monthly fee.
Both POS plugins are not 100% stable. So when 1 doesn't work I switch to the other. There is simply no time to wait for their support to fix an issues as virtual POS is used every few minutes.

Definitely. ATUM making their own POS would make sense and really be amazing. Their plugin is usually very stable and has slick design.
ATUM, If you decide to do it please integrate an option which other POS plugins don't have, which is: Product Exchange/Return directly from POS screen. As of now to exchange you must search for the order manually, do refund, then create a new order.

ALso it would be great to have the POS have Barcodes added to a separate field ( and not use the SKU feild)
Also to have the ability for user change the price on the POS Screen. Or at least give each item a discounted price.

The base app is already done. We are now working on a db connection so we can let you guys update on the fly.
POS will be ready on launch - if all goes well we will launch at Xmas.

I have purchased several pos. So for your consideration:

Open pos : most complete features but the way it handles inventory (see its diagram) may bit what you want. UI is not pretty. Does not integrate with woocommerce cost of goods to calculate profit.
Woocommerce pos by actuality extension. I love their ui.
Yith pos. Very slow immediately abandon it.

Its near end of year i hope atum has a new plugin for us to test out

Looking forward to hear more about the POS aswell. Is there any chance that it could go live as a beta before xmas @Salva ? Or could we get some Screenshots of the UI. I've been using Actuality Extention POS until now aswell.

We'll open a limited private beta testing phase when the APP is almost ready and will notify our users here (at the forums).
