I have a converted some simple products into variable products, however when I try assigning the the supplier SKU to the relevant product variation it brings up the Invalid or duplicated Supplier SKU error message as the supplier SKU for that variation was originally assigned to the simple product (as in on the inventory tab).
The problem is that once the product becomes a variable product you no longer have the option to edit the ATUM field Supplier SKU on the inventory tab, unless you change the product back to a simple product first. This however then means that you then have to re-add the variations again once the product is turned back into a variable one. It aso doesn't appear that you can't edit the Supplier SKU field for the parent product on the stock inventory page either.
Is there anyway I can edit the Supplier SKU field for the parent product of the variations without having to change the product back to a simple product first?
