Purchase Order and inbound stock

I have a question, when I create a Purchase Order Pro and put my stock in Inbound stock, the stock is not added to central stock, I don't understand why, does it have to go through all the states or is there some condition? I thought that when it was put in the Completed state it was already added automatically

Just the contrary. So only the products within "incomplete" POs should be added to Inbound Stock.
Once you receive the items, they aren't "inbound" anymore.

And there could be a small delay between changing the PO status and the inbound stock for all the products within is updated (depending on the PO size).

Maybe I have expressed myself wrongly, the incoming inventory does appear to be correct as long as it is within "incomplete" POs.

I meant, if I change the status of the PO to complete, the incoming units that I had placed in the PO are not added to the current stock of woocommerce. Is this so or is it wrong?
Or maybe the way to do it is to add stock within PO deliveries?

Another question, is it possible that this new stock that comes in is added with a price different from the one established and makes an average with the price that was there and the units that come in with the new stock and new price?

With the Purchase Orders PRO add-on, it isn't enough to change the PO status. You must add deliveries and, after that, add the items to stock manually. Please read the documentation:

You can set a new purchase price for all the PO items. As described here: https://stockmanagementlabs.crunch.help/en/atum-purchase-orders-pro/po-items-1) but an average is not actually supported
However, something that can be compatible with what you are describing would be to use our Multi-Inventory add-on and, every time you receive items with a distinct purchase price, you can create a new inventory with a distinct purchase price and regular price. So, with the "price per inventory" functionality (https://stockmanagementlabs.crunch.help/en/atum-multi-inventory/how-does-price-per-inventory-work), you can sell them at different prices automatically.
