Hi, I have a store with multiple files from different suppliers with different prices and stock and need to import from a file everyday with a cron job, but I only ever used WPAllimport and need to know if it will work to import price/stock for Supplier A for example

No. It isn't.
The only plugin that is fully compatible with WooCommerce and ATUM data is our ATUM Export & Import PRO add-on

Hi, thanks for the response, so with the Atum Export/Import I can have a file be imported every day to update the price/stock of only one supplier?

You can run imports every day if you need it. But automatic imports are not available yet. It's at the top of our TODO list though.
So you can run the imports manually until we release that functionality.
