shipping country in po order missing

In the generated pdf of the PO order, the shipping country is missing... Can't find why?

I've just checked it and the shipping country is showing in the PDF for me.
Do you mean that within the "Ship To" block on that PDF, your country is not shown?
And did you add your country to ATUM Settings >> Store Details?

We've just tried to set an address with your country and it's showing correctly for us:

Not sure if it could be related to any conflict with a 3rd party plugin or any customization you might have.
Are you using the latest ATUM version?

If so, I'd try to disable all your plugins except WooCommerce and ATUM and check if it works that way.
