Woocommerce says item out of stock if only available in non-primary inventory.

I have some stock that is being held in a secondary location as it is out of season, but it should be shown as available for purchase. In ATUM, the variation is correctly shown as having a stock count of 1 (0 in Main inventory, 1 in Warehouse). But seems that Woocommerce perceives that the variation is out of stock. If I enable the setting "Hide unavailable items" in Woocommerce Product settings page, the product is hidden, even though it has stock in ATUM.

The product has 2 variations, both are in secondary warehouse. See attached image. ATUM is configured with Inventory Iteration set to "Use next in priority order".

Am I missing something?

Mmm. That shouldn't happen, if you have it configured with "Use next in priority order", indeed.
We are going to try to reproduce it locally and will fix it if we find any issues there.

Which WooCommerce, ATUM, and Multi-Inventory versions are you using, please?

Use next in priority order is set on a global level. For both variations, the "Inventory Iterations" setting is set to global. Double-checked this just now.

Versions:
Wordpress 6.1.1-lv

ATUM 1.9.25.1

This is very weird. We've just tried to reproduce the same exact configuration locally and works as expected.
Perhaps it could be related to any kind of conflict.

Might you try to disable all your plugins except WooCommerce, ATUM, and Multi-Inventory and also switch to any default theme (like WooCommerce's Storefront) and try if it happens in that way, please?

OK. Given your feedback, I disabled various Woocommerce plugins one at a time and found the guilty plugin: WOOF - Products Filter for WooCommerce Professional.
When this plugin is enabled, the items that have stock in secondary warehouse disappear. Disabling the plugin makes them reappear.

OK, so you should contact their author regarding this issue or try to find an alternative.
3rd party plugins are out of the scope of our support service, I'm sorry.
