But did you add the cost to that PO item first?
And did you try after saving the PO?

thanks for your quick response, I add an item to the orderlist, I change the number and then I want to add the price with the button indicated in the screenshot. This does not work, or do I need to fill in the price first somewhere else in ATUM?

By looking at your screenshot, I can see that the cost for that product is 0. Perhaps because that product does not have any purchase price at this time.
If you want to set the purchase price to that product from there, you have to add the cost (the total column in that screenshot) first. Once you do so, the "Set purchase price" button, will set the product's purchase price to the value you have set there.
Now, as you have 0, it's trying to set 0 to the purchase price, so it's working as expected...

thanks again, this works, but I assumed ATUM copied the price from WooCommerce and then you can fill in the purchase price, as you can see, the product has a price (I'm sorry but it is in Dutch) but that's not enough?

Hi hanssax

No, ATUM takes the purchase price for the Purchase Orders. When you do a PO to your supplier you are buying at the purchase price (always lower than the regular or sale price), so makes no sense to get the regular price for the POs.
