Is there any way to change it from "last week's sales" to something like "last 90 day's sales"?
Using 1 week of sales is just not good for a lot of reasons. If you have 1 customer buy 10 of an item that's a poor seller on a normal basis, you'll end up ordering way too many. It needs to be smoothed out over time to be accurate.
It's also not useful for those of us who order once a month. Using only 1 week of data will inevitably encourage too much inventory on slow sellers that have a spike and too little inventory on great sellers that have a temporary dip.
