I've just discovered the ATUM plug in and am wondering how to mass update stock by SKU.
My supplier has a realtime csv file that updates stock by sku. Is there a way to connect this to the back end of my website? Or if not can I just import the file to update all skus on my site

Thanks for your post.
Importing by SKU is in our TODO list, but I can't give you an ETA, sorry.
You can create a custom template with only the required importing fields and those you want to import (SKU and stock). You can export all your products using this newly created template, fill it with the values, and import the modified file.

When I go to import the new file, will it only update the listings with the new data? Or will it update the whole product listing? Only wanting to change the stock levels
It all depends on whether you include the fields in the template or the CSV file.

Are you using the "update" option when importing?
