I have spent the last few hours going through documentation and this forum but cannot find a similar issue.
Using WP official product bundles we have gift boxes set up, currently as an example:
Variable but using the bundled forced selection of the variation (e.g. always use the normal product not the refill bottle version of the variable)
Hidden product (gift box)
We won an award a few weeks back for one of our gift sets, but oddly recieved a number of checkout drop offs with the product in basket and no sales. I was testing my self on incognito. For some reason, it throws up an error on trying to pay. Once went through but is bugged in the order screen with another error saying there is no order reference. Normally I would look at the gateway or woo. However, I believe it is an ATUM linked issue, as when I manually create an order and add the gift box bundle I get the errors as if I havent set inventories for the products as we use multi-inventory due to batch tracking. So this suggests to me somewhere something is not quiet right with our ATUM set up as neither manual or customer sides allow for the purchasing of this product.
Obviously I cannot express enough how critical this is of an issue for us, given the time of year. I will look for a work around for the time being but really would appreciate some support on this. Hopefully it is as simple as me selecting an incorrect option but after triple checking I cannot find it. - I also have the issue of a ghost order I cannot refund from the testing also. So I hope that gets resolved with correct of the root of the issue.
Everything is up to date. I have screenshots of the process and error messages I can share for each step to hopefully extradite the process.
