problem in the stock level

Hi, I found that when we update the stock level of a product, the order status changed from Completed to Pending. why? can I know why? For example Product X if we sold it and we marked the order as completed then if we back to that Product x and we update the stock level the order status changed from Completed to Pending again why? see pictures in attach file. Thank you

Thanks for your post.

Please, could you tell me if you are creating a Purchase Order?

If so, in the POs when changing to another status, the stock will be reduced/increased automatically.

Hi I'm talking about orders of customers not Purchase orders, can you please re-read my question to understand me more 😉

Please, note that ATUM is not the one who reduces/increases the stock in WC orders, it is WC that does it.

Try to disable ATUM temporarily and try again with the same order to see if it continues to happen or not.
