eshoprhealth I noticed that the inventory doesn't reflect the sales. An example I sold 5 shirts and on Atum it still says the quantity is 5 when it should be 0. Can anyone help me figure out how to fix this?

eshoprhealth Iryna Atum's current stock is not reflecting the sales being sold on an item. I'm not sure how else to explain. Let's say on Atum the current stock is 5 for a shirt. Within the day we sold 5 of those shirts. The current stock should be 0 however it is still at 5.

Iryna Hi eshoprhealth I'm sorry, but with the lack of information, we cannot know what is occurring. Please, could you tell me, if you go to the Product Data, what do you see in the Stock Quantity field, the value is 5 or 0? Best regards, Iryna
eshoprhealth Iryna Hi, You keep saying lack of information but do not ask what information you need so I can only provide what I see. I told you that the stock field remains at 5 but it should be 0 since we sold 5. The inventory is not deducted from the order sale. Not sure how else to explain it since I feel that it is clearly explained.
