Importing ATUM data onto a new website?

Hello,

We are currently preparing to move onto a new website. We have exported the products from our old website, including metadata pertaining to ATUM, and imported them onto our new website.

Prior to that, we have installed ATUM on the new website. However, our products do not contain any information pertaining to suppliers, acquisition cost etc.

Four our exports, we used the 'classical' Woo .csv method, as well as a dedicated plugin.

How can we migrate this data? TIA

We have purchased the add-on. How exactly do we export ALL of the ATUM data for the products? Such as Acquisition Price. I cannot find it in the available columns.

Also how can I import all of this data onto the staging website? The license, I assume, only applies to the live website.

When you are talking about Acquisition Price, do you mean the Purchase Price? Or is it a field from another plugin?

Also how can I import all of this data onto the staging website? The license, I assume, only applies to the live website.

You can activate the license on your staging website without any problem, and create as many staging sites as you need and they won't count for licensing, but you need to follow the instructions explained in this tutorial.

Purchase Price, sorry. It is not a custom field, it's an ATUM field.

Unfortunately, the staging website is on a different domain. The subdomain is https://ctfo.apexdigital.ro/

How can we activate the license there? Could you please provide a temporary license, or perhaps an alternative way of transferring the data?

The products on the live site are currently translated with WPML.

When I export the products using this addon, it exports double the number of usual products - the product in the first language, along with the product in the second language.

I would only like to export the products from a single language. How can I do that?

So we tried to test the import.

The import always halts when it is almost done.
-
The suppliers are not attached to the imported products, even if the suppliers are imported separately beforehand
Shipping classes are NOT imported, even though the column is mapped appropriately

I cannot export orders + ATUM Data, I press the button then nothing happens

I cannot seem to export ATUM locations
I am still unsure how to properly export products belonging to just one WPML language

Re. the suppliers not showing up: that happens because the ID's of the suppliers do not coincide upon importing them. The supplier's ID should not change across different databases...

Is there any way for me to correct this, or do I have to manually replace each supplier's ID?
